Enrollment is confirmed once the booking form is submitted and payment (if required) is processed.
Class placement is based on the student’s age and English level and subject to availability.
Every class has a limited number of seats. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Students should attend scheduled classes punctually, with camera/microphone on, actively participating.
If a student cannot attend, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance for possible rescheduling (subject to availability).
Repeated non-attendance without notice may jeopardize continued enrollment.
All course fees must be paid prior to the start of the cycle/session.
Fees are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late or missed payment may lead to suspension of access.
Changes requested by BambooTutors (teacher unavailable, technical issue) will be offered a suitable replacement or refund for that session.
Student-initiated cancellations after class commencement are not eligible for full refunds; unused sessions may be rescheduled with notice.
Trial or promotional sessions are non-refundable.
