Online sessions are hosted via a secure, password-protected platform. Students are asked to join from a quiet, supervised space at home.
Class recordings (if used) are only accessible to authorised personnel and stored securely.
Teachers will clearly state class rules at the beginning of each session (no bullying, respect peers, camera on).
Students must use their real names and identifiable display pictures (no aliases or inappropriate images).
If any child shows signs of distress or inappropriate behaviour, the teacher will address it immediately and notify the parent/guardian.
Parents/Guardians are encouraged to remain nearby during online sessions for younger children, or to check in regularly.
Parents must provide a safe and undisturbed learning space (good lighting, minimal distractions, camera & mic functioning).
We collect only necessary personal data of minors and store it with strict confidentiality, in line with our Privacy Policy.
We will not publish identifiable images, videos or student details without explicit parent/guardian consent.
